Nick Lynch
Nick was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma in May 2006. His parents were told that the tumor was inoperable and that Nick would surely die. With that news, they frantically sought other treatments — and fortunately found that better options were available. The family moved to New York City so that Nick could be treated at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center. The great Dr. Michael La Quaglia removed the “inoperable” tumor. Nick has been clear of disease since August 2006.
